Refund and Returns Policy

At Udukai, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase made on our e-commerce website. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging items purchased from our website. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Return Eligibility:
    Products eligible for return or exchange must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Returns Procedure:
    If you wish to return a product, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.
    Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    The product must be securely packaged and sent back to us along with the RA number. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Inspection and Approval:
    Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria.
    If the returned product meets the criteria, we will process the return within 15 days and initiate the refund or exchange as per your preference.
  4. Refunds and Exchanges:
    Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as the returned product has been received and inspected.
  5. Damaged or Defective Products
    In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence to assist in the evaluation.
    Ensure to put remarks on the proof of delivery regarding the damage else we will be not able to assist you effectively.
    We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund for the damaged or defective product, including return shipping costs.
  6. Cancellation Policy:
    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
    Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  8. Other rights:
    Udukai.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
    If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Udukai.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
  9. Changes to the Return Policy:
    Udukai reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website.
