Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the oats, chia seeds, desiccated coconut, dates/raisins, and nuts until coarsely ground.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add honey/maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
